


Luckily though, with a little finagling, you can use that better font as the English language font, and give your eyes a break, at least for the PC version. Strangely though, this bad font only applies to the English and other Latin-character languages, and in a convenient turn-of-events it turns out the Japanese language option has an English font that resembles the vastly superior one used in the PSP remakes of FF1 & FF2. The small thin size of it makes it hard to read and, to be honest, it just doesn’t fit the “vibe” of classic FF.
